The Alameda Running Festival incorporates a Half Marathon, Women's 10 Miler, 10k, 5k, and Family Fun Run. The event will start and finish at the USS Hornet. The event will benefit Alameda Meals on Wheels, Alameda Education Foundation and Girls Inc. of Alameda County.
