We pride ourselves on our 100% safety record over our 25 year history and will continue that trend within USA Productions events across Northern California.

Recognized for high quality project implementation, world class owned and operated events, program execution and establishing an ongoing relationship with major corporate and state entities. Focusing on health & wellness programs, giving back to charity in several ways through community involvement, creating economic development, and establishing a sustainable approach through recycling, reducing waste and emissions.

USA Productions strives to think outside of the box when it comes to managing all logistics from gourmet food and beverage selection, outstanding awards and entertainment (such as live music), security, safety, insurance, exhibit sales, speaker coordination, collateral materials, ground transportation, signage, VIP arrangements, volunteer coordination, attendee evaluations, and much more…

Ryan Coelho – Race Director / CEO

Ryan was born in Mountain View, California and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business with a concentration of Management Information Systems (MIS) from San Jose State University. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing, event production, project management and product management. He has held a number of project management positions in the Corporate world, working at Silicon Graphics and Sun Microsystems, as well as 20+ years experience in the event management arena.

Ryan received his USA Triathlon Race Director Certification in March of 2011 and looks to work with USA Triathlon in several unique ways moving forward. His passion for health and wellness comes through 25+ years with type 1 diabetes and strives to educate others about proper food intake and exercise. He continues to be active in endurance sports to maintain his diabetes.

Ryan and Brandy Coelho were married in 2008, reside in El Dorado Hills, California, and hold their son Caden Coelho dear to their hearts.
