The USAP Events Club Competition is back! We want to award our top small and large clubs for their participation and creating overall club participation in our community events.

2020 Club Competition Events

April 19, 2020 – Half Moon Bay Triathlon

May 17, 2020 – Morgan Hill Sprint Triathlon

June 21, 2020 – California Triathlon

July 12, 2020 – Folsom Triathlon

August 23, 2020 – Oakland Triathlon

October 11, 2020 – Monterey Triathlon

Event Club Competition Point System

Each club participant:

• Earns 1 point

Sprint & Olympic finishers earn points in their age groups (15 & Under,16-17, 18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+)

• 1st place = 3 points
• 2nd place = 2 points
• 3rd place = 1 point

If the race has an Aquabike, Aquathlon, Duathlon, or Paddle Triathlon in the race then the overall male and female winners will earn the following points in each race.

• 1st place = 6 points
• 2nd place = 4 points
• 3rd place = 2 point

Prizes for each event on the schedule

Small Club Winners (5-9 participants):

• 1st Place Club: $200
• 2nd Place Club: $100
• 3rd Place Club: $75 or 1 Free Entry

Large Club Winners (10+ participants):

• 1st Place Club: $500
• 2nd Place Club: $250
• 3rd Place Club: $150 or 2 Free Entries

Must be present at the awards ceremony to accept the club competition award and prize!
